Aurtiz respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your Aurtiz account and outlines exactly what data is removed and what is retained.
Sign in at aurtiz.com/auth/login using your email and password or Google OAuth.
Open your dashboard (Artist, Producer, or Listener) and go to Settings → Account section.
In the Account section, click the red "Delete Account" button. A confirmation modal will appear.
A preview shows exactly what content (tracks, beats, albums, streams) will be affected before you confirm.
Type the word DELETE in the confirmation field and click "Delete Profile" to start the deletion process.
Your profile and content are hidden immediately. You have 30 days to recover your profile if you change your mind. After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted.
If you no longer have access to your account, you can request deletion by emailing us. Include your registered email address and the subject line "Request Account Deletion". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Profile deletion hides your content immediately and schedules permanent deletion after 30 days. You can recover your profile within that window. After 30 days, all tracks, beats, followers, earnings history, and profile data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you only want to remove a specific role (e.g., your Producer profile but keep your Artist account), use the role-specific deletion option in Settings.
